Inspection machine LESKO M600 is dedicated to work with difficult materials (thin foils) rewinded on big reels (max. 570 mm web's width and up to 1250 mm diameter of reel). The machine is ideally suited for:

WEB GUIDE:

• BST web guide system located before shear cutting knives unit enables precise slitting

NIP-ROLL:

• pneumatically clamped roller ensure an equal pressure across the entire web's width
• easy replacement and cleaning of rubber roller

SLITTING UNIT 4G:

• interchangeable shear cutting and razor blade unit
• pneumatically clamped
• the whole unit can be slided outside the machine for easy adjustment of knives
