And this is exactly what has happened, something we are extremely proud of.<br \/>\nWe are pleased to announce the completion of another project for our customer from Germany \u2013 a well-established label manufacturer who invested in their first <a title=\"Converting Line\" href=\"https:\/\/lesko-ing.com.pl\/eng\/cl-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lesko CL440<\/a> machine two years ago.<br \/>\nFollowing the success of the first installation, the decision to invest again was a natural step in their development \u2013 this time with a clear objective: further process optimisation and full utilisation of the experience gained from long-term operation of the first machine.<br \/>\nFrom the very beginning, our exclusive representative in the German market \u2013 <a title=\"Grafische Systeme GmbH\" href=\"https:\/\/grafische-systeme.com\/\">Grafische Systeme Schischke<\/a> \u2013 was closely involved in the project. Together with the customer and the Lesko Engineering team, they coordinated the entire process and supported the analysis of the existing production setup.<br \/>\nBased on this experience, we implemented a series of improvements in the new machine configuration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimised web guiding system<\/li>\n<li>Improved operator ergonomics<\/li>\n<li>Greater flexibility for new label formats and applications<\/li>\n<li>Maintained highest registration accuracy and process stability<\/li>\n<li>Reduced setup times and minimised waste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new machine was successfully assembled, commissioned, and tested in our factory. Last week, we completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), which was approved by the customer. The next step will be delivery and installation at the production facility in Germany.<br \/>\nThis project clearly demonstrates that the development of the best solutions does not come from adding more and more features, but from the consistent refinement of proven designs based on real production experience.<br \/>\nAt Lesko Engineering, we believe that the true value of a machine is revealed in daily operation \u2013 through process stability, repeatable quality, and operational efficiency.
